The 8th annual Symposium of the Transport Research Association for NSW (TRANSW) was held on Monday 24 November and hosted by the UNSW Research Centre for Integrated Transport Innovation.  It was an energising day with many great student presentations, discussions, and opportunities to network with colleagues from across NSW, Transport for NSW, and the broader transport industry.

Thank you to SCT Consulting, iMOVE Australia and Transport for NSW for sponsoring the event. Thank you to all of the speakers, session chairs, and attendees for bringing so much energy and insight to the day. And finally, thanks to rCITI and its incredible team for hosting. Abstracts will be made available by the end of January.

The baton has now been handed over to the University of Technology, Sydney, who will organise the 9th edition in 2026. We hope to see you all again next year.
